Returns & Exchanges

At Protein House, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fit; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
